Proposed Tax system for the PEC


Every SB owner would 'offer' to pay 1kk a month to me (unless someone has a better candidate). I would hold the funds and release them when needed for a project.

The projects can be proposed by anyone, but ONLY the SB owners get 1 yes/no vote on the proposal but can cede it to the ally leader.
